Marisela Cigliuti, RN, BSN, enlightens about stress, connecting with the body, and provides techniques for self-care including a guided breathing exercise to help us become aware of our body and alleviate stress. These tools can not only be used to help ourselves but can be shared with families and clients we work with as positive ways to cope with stressors and not turn to negative behaviors such as marijuana or other substance use.
