The 67th Session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) is rapidly approaching. This year, a high-level segment is scheduled to take place on 14 – 15 March and the regular session is scheduled for 18 – 22 March at the Vienna International Centre (VIC), Wagramer Strasse 5, 1220, Vienna. To enter into the VIC, badges can be picked up between 8 AM and 10 AM on 14 March as well as on 18 March at Gate 1. You must bring your confirmation of registration identifying as a delegate and your passport or another official photograph-bearing identity document. 

High-Level Segment

The high-level segment will focus on the 2024 Midterm Review of the 2019 Ministerial Declaration. This two day segment consists of a General Debate and two multi-stakeholder roundtables. View relevant information here.

Regular Session

The regular session of the Commission will take place at 10 AM on Monday, 18 March in the Plenary Hall, M-Building at the VIC. Side events will begin prior at 9:10 AM.

Annual General Assembly

The 2024 Annual General Assembly of the Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs (VNGOC) is scheduled for Wednesday, 20 March at 4 PM – 5:30 PM CTE. If you do not plan to attend in person, you may join online here. During this meeting, the following VNGOC Board positions will be open for election: Deputy Chairperson, Treasurer, and Secretary. View the candidates and voting procedures here. *Only VNGOC member organizations in good standing (paid both the 2023 and 2024 membership dues) can vote.
